The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with sea views, everything was really good. Location: the hotel was near to the Kos airport, a quiet beach and the main square. One could dine at restaurants such as Ask Italian 10 minutes away.

A very positive stay for two holidays in Spain. Fairly clean, hip new hotel with good and fab location to the local Lido water park.

The rooms at Island Resorts Maya are absolutely fantastic! The beds are like sleeping on clouds and the modern furniture adds a touch of elegance. The balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea gives the perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking sunrises every morning. And the air-conditioning keeps you cool even on the hottest days.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the satellite TV channels available. But hey, that's just me.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location right on the beach. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, with their friendly and attentive service. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, offering a breathtaking view of the surroundings.
There was not a single thing about this hotel that could be improved. Everything was more than satisfactory.

Spent a wonderful New Year's holiday at this hotel. Loved the beachfront view and the spacious rooms. the staff was always welcoming and friendly. Excellent selection of food in the restaurant and enjoyed the variety of drinks at the bar.
The hotel had some drawbacks, including the lack of storage space in the room and broken sunbeds. noise from other guests can be heard in the corridors.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable, with its prime spot right on the beach and the ocean just a few steps away.
All in all, everything was up to par and I couldn't find any fault with my stay.

Had a great New Year's holiday at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was decent with a good selection, and the bar staff were friendly. The hotel is situated in a prime location, being right on the beach and within walking distance of shops and bars. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning service.
The rooms were a bit basic and the air conditioning struggled to cope with the heat. The towels were small and stained, and the shower was not very practical.

I absolutely loved the decoration and ambiance of the hotel. The beautiful Greek-inspired decor with its vibrant colors and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and always clean, which made it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I especially appreciated the modern lobby with its comfortable seating and TV, where I could relax and catch up on the news. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was great as well, with ramps and elevators provided for easy movement throughout the property. It made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were pleasant and helpful, I would have appreciated some additional support or guidance specifically tailored to the needs of senior guests.
